The King Sturge Office Agency Department has been appointed as an exclusive agent by the Greek Developer GEK Terna to lease City Tower in the heart of Sofia’s city centre.

City Tower, which is due for completion during mid 2012, shall be the largest and most modern business centre in the city. The building will compromise 37,000 m² of lettable space, of this 31,700 m² is proposed for A-Class office space, and 5,300 m² on the lower floors is designated for retail and leisure use.

King Sturge is responsible for both the leasing of the office and retail space.
